We do things a little differently...

Because we breed infrequently, we do not maintain a traditional waitlist. Instead, we maintain an "Interested List"! If you have an interest in a puppy from us, complete this short inquiry form to be added to our list. Once we have an expected litter, those on our list will be notified. If the timing is right for you, you may complete our application at that time.

Our Puppies

Our puppies are raised in the home and are socialized with adults, children, adult dogs, and cats, and are exposed to various sounds, surfaces, toys, and novelty items. From birth to placement, we guide each puppy through developmentally appropriate enrichment, problem-solving games, and rewards-based training foundations to build curiosity, confidence, and resilience.

Puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations, veterinary examination, and deworming and/or negative fecal exam before going to their new homes. Puppies are AKC registered and microchipped. All Palmahra puppies also come with lifetime training and behavior support.

We breed infrequently and extensively screen potential homes, so the puppy buyer who receives a Palmahra Elkhound is very lucky indeed!
